Our trifold brochures are available on text or cardstock paper, with finishes including 60#, 70#, 80# or 100# Gloss Text, and 80# or 100# Silk Text. Printed in full-color CMYK or black only, they are available in the following sizes:

• 8.5×11", folded to 3 ⅔×8 ½"
• 8.5×14", folded to 4 ⅔×8 ½"
• 11×17", folded to 5 ⅔×11"

• Gloss – A shiny finish that enhances color vibrancy and image sharpness for eye-catching prints.

Text Weight vs. Cover Weight Paper Stocks

Text (Book) Weight
Text weight papers are lighter and more flexible, making them ideal for pieces that need to fold or flip easily. They’re commonly used for flyers, brochures, letterheads, booklets, and multi-page documents. Text weight offers a smooth, professional feel without being stiff.

Cover Weight
Cover weight papers are thicker and more rigid than text weight. Commonly referred to as cardstock; they’re designed to hold their shape and provide durability, making them perfect for business cards, postcards, covers, menus, invitations, and premium marketing pieces. Cover stocks feel more substantial and convey a higher-end impression.

2. What file types should I use for professional printing?

For best results, we recommend submitting print-ready PDF files with fonts embedded and images set to 300 DPI. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or TIFF files. Files should be set up in CMYK color mode with proper bleed and trim when required. If you’re unsure your file is ready for professional printing, our team is happy to review it and help make any necessary adjustments before printing.

3. How fast is your turnaround time for print orders?

Our turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your order. Most small-run orders are fulfilled within 1 day, while standard orders typically take 2–4 business days to process. Once your order is ready to ship or pick up, you’ll receive an email notification within 4 business days so you know exactly when to expect your prints.

4. Do you offer same-day or rush printing services?

Yes, we offer same-day and rush printing services for many of our products. Rush pricing varies depending on the item and complexity of your order. Contact our team or check your product details at checkout to see if your project qualifies for expedited printing. We’ll work with you to get your printing quickly without sacrificing quality.

Absolutely! If you need artwork designed for your project, our in-house graphic designers can turn your ideas into polished, print-ready designs. 6. What paper stocks, finishes, and materials do you offer?

We offer a wide range of paper stocks, finishes, and materials to fit any project. Options include premium gloss papers, uncoated stocks, cardstock, and specialty finishes like silk, satin, and tear-proof poly paper. For signage and large format printing, we also print on materials such as 13oz vinyl, smooth banner material, foam board, coroplast yard sign material, and aluminum. If you’re not sure which option is best, our team is happy to recommend the right material based on your design, use, and budget.

7. Is there a minimum order quantity for printing?

Minimum order quantities vary by product, but we understand that sometimes you only need a small batch. If you’d like to test your design or see a sample, our team can create a single-run press proof to ensure your order meets your standards before committing to a larger quantity.

8. How do you ensure accurate color printing?

We strive for accurate and consistent color printing, using CMYK settings and professional proofing processes to get your colors as close as possible to your original design. While our equipment delivers high-quality results, please allow for slight variations between your screen and the final print. For critical projects, we recommend requesting a physical proof to ensure you’re happy with the colors before the full run.

9. Do you offer local pickup, delivery, or shipping?

Yes! We offer flexible options for getting your printing:
Store Pickup: Visit us at 214 W. 1st St. Orders can be picked up daily from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
Shipping: We offer domestic shipping with rates calculated at checkout. Your shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order, making it easy to choose the option that works best for you.
Whether you prefer to pick up locally or have your printing shipped directly to you, we make the process simple and convenient.

10. What should I do if there’s an issue with my printed order?
